Grant McEwen. Recognition of the role of indoor plants is growing with the New Zealand Green Building Council awarding up to two points towards green star ratings for indoor plant installations. In addition, research from around the world confirms the role of plants improving indoor air quality.Studies show plants not only remove indoor air toxins, but reduce noise levels offices, something that's vital in increasing employee productivity," says McEwen.
